Early Voting: Day 2

September 19, 2012

200 short-term and 95 long-term observers of the “Human Rights Defenders for Free Elections” campaign carry out everyday monitoring of the early voting at 150 polling stations all over Belarus – in Minsk, regional and rayon centers, as well as smaller towns.

Reports from polling stations are processed on a daily basis. The reports are representational (observation covers 2.3% of 6, 349 polling stations in the country) and allow to assess the general trends of the early voting.

The diagram reflects information from 127 polling stations, the reports from which are processed as of September 19, 10 p.m.
