The Orsha District Executive Committee included six out of eight nominees of the Belarusian leftist party “Fair World” in precinct election commissions, which is quite a good ratio. Other political parties didn't nominate any representatives to the PECs of the Orsha district.

The situation in the city or Orsha is quite different. The United Civil Party nominated 10 people – 2 were included, the “Fair World – 16 people (7 included). None of the members of the organizing committee of the Belarusian Christian Democracy who were nominated to the commissions by collection of electors' signatures were included in them.

Two members of the Belarusian National Youth Union and a member of “Belaya Rus” weren't included in the PECs either.
