According to Aksana Samuilava, election agent of opposition candidate Aksana Zakreuskaya, the election officials of Mahiliou-based polling station No. 68 were caught stuffing false ballots.

Aksana Samuilava says several members of the election commission took the ballot box behind the table, opened it and started stuffing it with false ballot papers. After the observer saw this and said it was illegal, she was forced to leave the premises.

The observer says she is not sure how many ballots were stuffed.
