Election record stolen in polling station in Minsk
A blatant violation was reported by the independent observer registered in Minsk polling station No. 594. The observers say that one of the pro-government observers stole an election record.
The woman reportedly grabbed from the hands of the election commission head. However, neither the election officials nor the policemen tried to stop her. They hurried to leave the polling station instead. The incident was witnessed by both national and OSCE observers.
According to observer Ales Lukashevich, the document was stolen, because the voter turnout at the polling station was only 32%. Therefore, the voting results could not be declared valid.
