As stated by the Orsha coordinator of the “For Free Elections” campaign Mikalai Dziamidau, he filed four appeals against irregularities in the work of election commissions.

As he learned later, all these appeals were forwarded to the constituency election commission. Thus, according to the logic of the prosecutor’s office, the commission must consider the appeals against its activities and then... punish itself!

Mikalai Dziamidau thinks that the prosecutor’s office deliberately evades from implementing its legal duties.
